I was collecting all console commands I could find and created a list. I don't think it's complete yet, so please post any command you think is missing and I will add it to the list.
Also, I would like to get some feedback on the design. Are the names easy to read? Should I remove the borders around the table elements?
I hope this list will be useful to anyone.
The list can be found here: www.GW-commands.tk (http://www.gw-commands.tk/)

What about exe switches?
I came across one to display FPS and other info that can be added to your Guild Wars shortcut.
-perfs
added to the Target in your shorcut's properties displays that info.

/afk is the same as /sit maybe you should mention that.
And /kick doesnt work in a mission right?

I will add a note.

I did not try it, but as you cannot kick using the GUI you probably wont be able to kick using console commands.
The Tradechannel command is still missing.
@stone cold monkey grip: I will add this somewhere, too ;)
EDIT: By the way, it is not -perfs but -perf, but you can append anything, so -perfs works, too, as well as -perforation or -perfectionist ;)

I did not find that personally, it was posted on a forum somewhere. Just so you know. ;-)
I really wish there was a way to display your system clock somewhere.

Does anyone know if /afk only does the sit emote or does it change your status to "away" as well?

No, status remains the same with /afk
That's interesting about the /cokeplay, no wonder the Koreans play so much, they get Coka-Cola promotions!
