Faction Skill Locations

Update 7/7/2005: I apologize about the lack of improvement, however life calls sometimes. Today with the help of Barraind I've added the Monk listings.

Update 7/4/2005: Today I added the Ranger profession and the prices for Runes, Upgrades and Skills. Hopefully tommorow will ensue with the addition of the Monk profession, and maybe even Necromancer.

All elites are available in Drognar's Forge. There are 2 priests...

Uhm, maybe the stuff in the other threads. This thread however is dealing with the Priests of Balthazar, you know the guys that let you spend faction to unlock things for PvP. They weren't even a twinkle in ANets eye when the guide was released.

This is a PvE skill that can used to obtain other skills. The skill quest to get this is at Lion's Arch. He's on top of a hill near the circular area in LA.

Pretty sure this thread is on faction point refunding. you can find kindle arrow at the Priest of Balthazar... im pretty sure kindle arrow is in Grendich Courthouse.

Yemen, I don't think you understand that this thread is for skills locations and unlocking them via [Priest of Balthazar]. Before the recent patch, all the non-elites were scattered.

Although... Yemen wasn't too far off, you can now unlock all skills/runes/upgrades from a single [Priest of Balthazar] located in Tombs.

You aren't too far off either. Not only are there priests in Tombs, they are in every PvP arena.

Every Priest have every skill, rune, and upgrade to unlock. But you will not have access to the best right away. In order to do so, you need to unlock the lesser of the items (In your case, Minor and Major of that Rune type).

*All skills are available for unlocking, no restrictions.

*Minor unlocked yields Major. Major unlocked yields Superior.

*Upgrade items will first unlock the weakest form then give access to unlock max stat form (Vampiric 1:1 - > Vampiric 1:5 or Armor Penetration 1% - > Armor Penetration 10%)
