I'd like to recommend that you provide an option to delete your outstanding "Leave feedback" items, and that they have an automatic expiration date built-in.

I've just had someone leave me negative feedback for a positive transaction which occurred nearly a month ago (apparently I'm not the only person to receive such treatment from this person).

Thinking the best case scenario, the person probably forgot that the transaction went well and wanted to 'clean up' his outstanding Feedbacks. Of course, I think in this situation you wouldn't assume the transaction was bad and provide a negative rating. But that's just me ;)

I'd like to see Feedback either be timely processed or automatically expire ...

Bah, I see he got you, too. This guy today went and left bad feedback for everybody ... and I mean EVERYBODY. I think I caught most of it (obviously I missed yours, sorry). Rest assured that he won't be bothering you anytime soon.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I guess this guy selected all his outstanding feedbacks and left the same rating/message to everyone.

Regardless, hopefully my suggestion will be considered for future enhancements if deemed useful.
