View Full Version : Problem with GW Guru with firefox?

I cannot seem to find an edit button anywhere.
Here is a link of what i see at the bottom of my post.

Also i'm using IE explorer right now and the website looks ALOT different then with firefox. there is alot more buttons and it doesnt look like a gigantic mess.

I see GWG in firefox exactly how i see it in IE. And btw that pic you uploaded isnt working correctly. Check the link.

no problems here with Firefox and Guru.....
do you have any addons/plugins installed for firefox?

callistotyler, I haven't heard of anyone else having this problem so I have to assume right now that it's a problem isolated to your computer. If more people report having such a problem I'll send you a PM.

Can you actually see any images at all on guru?

Negative, I see no images. Just links, and the ad on top.

Just an idea in passing: this is how closed threads are displayed, without edit/quote buttons.

It appears that none of the images on the page loaded correctly. If you look at smokeemon's profile (http://guildwarsguru.com/forum/member.php?u=39680), he has an avatar. In the screenshot, his avatar isn't shown. It is possible that he added the avatar in the last few days, but I doubt it.
There's something on your machine or in Firefox blocking the images from showing up in the thread. There are some common addons in Firefox that do this. Their names escape me at the moment. Check to see what addons are running, disable them, then see if the images show up.
