[Rampage as One] = Fail for me. I do NOT know why it is an elite skill. At 25 energy, even with high expertise it is very costy. I do understand that it IS both an IMS and IAS for both you AND your pet, but with a high energy cost and a short duration, what's the point? can some1 explain? Thanks... ^^

Used to be good, became overused/meta etc; nerfed to uselessness

well there is ways to get back energy when using pet mastery. ... and the zealeaus axe builds with this elite still work somewhat. this skill requires high energy, the other warrior IAS skills got big disadvantages too.

Definately not nerfed to uselessness! Its still maintainable and the energy can be easily managed with [[Scavenger Strike]. Still well worth a slot.

Lazy PvP balancing, too much effort to get it right so they just removed it from the metagame.
Not quite useless, but near enough, certainly not elite.

Can be used okay with a spear build and [Scavenger strike] but can be a bit iffy on energy in alot of areas . I prefer to just use [Never Rampage Alone] which is very easily maintainable and doesnt reduce damage output much at all.

It is still a very useful elite for people who use thier pet as their weapon. Can easily keep it up all the time, even with the high energy cost, you just need to use it in a build made for it. Notice it is a Beast Mastery elite skill, not a Hammer Mastery, Axe Mastery, Scythe Mastery, Spear Mastery, etc. elite. It can work with a lot of weapons, but I believe the skills was designed for those using their pet as their weapon.

It's like these people have never played TA or HA before. Thumpers and the more annoying axe variety are still very viable- they were all over the HA meta until the introduction of palm strike as the new mindless frontliner. As the Primal Rage debacle should have tought people, simultaneous IMS + IAS is incredibly strong because it nearly negates kiting. Heck you can roll most of the crap ladder these days with an old-school spiritway if you want.
In PvE yes I'd rather run [Never Rampage Alone] and a cool weapon elite, but that's PvE, hardly anything kites.

Go play a HA team with three RaO's and tell me it's not retarded good having IAS+IMS in one skill. Also, one of those three almost always carries [[Energizing Wind] so when retarded people don't kill the spirit, energy is a complete non-issue and the recharge change is barely relevant.

[scavenger strike] is my favorite pet skill, because my ranger is the king of spam! I too use [never rampage alone] because scavenger makes it affordable, and the little bit of health regen is a nice bonus.

You don't necessarily need [[Scavenger Strike] or [[Energizing Wind] to keep up energy for [[Rampage as One]. With 10 + 1 + 1 Beast Mastery, it lasts 13 seconds. And with 10 + 1 Expertise, it costs 14 Energy. So if you don't want to use the two skills, all you should need to keep up energy for it is a Zealous weapon and Radiant armor.
The health wouldn't be too low from using Radiant armor either. Depending on Hammer or Axe with a Shield, it would be around 560-570ish or 590-600ish.
