Do Hero pets count for HoM?

Pretty self explanatory. I have an end-game factions phoenix, and I'd like to get the black moa and spider to throw into my HoM. I don't wanna get rid of phoenix, though, since I had to level the thing. I was wondering if taming the other two on my ranger heroes would count for my HoM, or am I SoL? =P

no they do not.

Keep in mind that the hall is getting more account-based features in April, so the scuttlebutt goes, so you could get the other pets on other characters to earn the statues, then view your account-wide hall to see them. And since the Black Moa and Spider both start out at lvl 20, it's a cinch to nab them and add them to the hall immediately.

Yeah, I'm definitely a little cranky i had to give up the chicken, but grabbing a new one won't be that big a deal.
I'm glad they're doing the account-wide thing, too. The black moa was a pain to grab @_@
