Barrage please

I know this may be a stupid question, but I really do need help with it,
So ive been looking for the ranger skill, Barrage, for so long now, Ive checked every skill trainer out there(not really) and I still cant find it, Ive already searched it up on Wiki, but it was no help, so if someone can please just tell me where to get this skill, Il be so happpyyyyyy

Note:I got Prophecies and Eotn

It's an Elite skill. It will have to either be capped with signet of capture from a boss (search wiki for the skill to show what bosses have it) or pvp and get 3k balthazar faction and buy it from the rewards npc then get an elite ranger tome which will run you from 4-8k usually and learn it.

Do i HAVE to buy the tome? or maybe I can get it from a quest or something? and when I get the tome what do I do with it? double click or somethin?

You can buy a signet of capture and cap it during the Iron Mines of Moladune mission.

Btw, what does ''cap it'' mean? o.o

Means capture.

You have to buy a Signet of Capture, kill the boss that has Barrage on him, use the Signet and capture the skill. The signet will be permanently replaced with the Elite skill.

Make sure when you Kill Markis you cap instantly, or you`ll hit cutscene and lose the chance, best way is to draw him out from the jades that will be there leaving at least one alive till you finish him
