Ranger Help on Builds Please?

Well, Ive seen many builds for rangers, a lot of them consisting: ''Burning Arrow'' ''Barrage'' ''Melandru's Shot''. They are excellent.

I've used many like them but now, I've grown kind of sick of them.:mad:

Does anyone out here use a snaring build? I mean like a good one with ''Crippling shot''. Just any good build will do. None consisting the 3 Elite skills above please.

I just need a build that has uses for Competitive Missions, Alliance Battles, Random Arenas/Team Arenas, And Guild Vs Guild.

P.S. No Pets or Trapping builds please, I just don't like them. :o

10 in Wilderness
10 in marks

rest in protection.That is the basic Gvg Crip Shot and pvx isn't working for me.

from what i understand you're asking for a different type of gvg build? well then the only other elites worth being mentioned are [incendiary arrows],[magebane shot], and [expert's dexterity]. you could try blinding or crippling with [ebon dust aura] and [grenth's grasp] respectively if you want some sort of gimmicky build. if not then people have been running [empathic removal] in the arenas but i wouldnt expect it to get taken much further than that. there's not really too much you can do taking out the option of a pet or (gag) trapping if you don't want to use the most common elites.

That's kind of closed-minded.

Crip-shot builds are extremely useful.
There's nothing wrong with trapping/battle-trapping.
Punishing Shot is a wonderful spiker/interupt.
Quick Shot + Choking Gas/Ignite Arrows is a decent build.

To say that only 5 ranger elite skills are useful is completely false.

EDIT: Forgot about Broad Head Arrow and Glass Arrows.
