Not letting me delete my posts

I am trying to close my selling thread in Ventari's, but when I go to the edit page, the delete option won't show up.

Only moderators can delete threads. Users can delete single posts made by them, as long as it is not the top post of the thread.
To close your threads in Ventari's:
Maintaining and Closing Threads
Closing Threads:
Use http://guildwarsguru.com/forum/images/gwg362/buttons/edit.gif on the top post, delete all the content and enter: "*** CLOSED BY SELLER ***"
If you fail to do this, your thread may be viewed as open and result in a ban if you open another thread in the same section.
- Remember: Do not bump your thread to the front to say "closed", this will result in a ban.
