Started a Me/Mo, got level 9 and played around in the arena. I picked Mo just to be able to res, but realized that I seemed to be a somewhat popular target due to this.
I made a level 20 pvp char, pure mesmer with fast cast/dom/inspiration. What I like to do is to wait for people to engage, then go all out on enemy primary monks and casters with backfire, drain, burn etc. Not being a monk secondary I seemed to have a lower priority as a target, and I with a constant HoT from a clever monk along with ether feast I found that I could tank the one or two chars that figured out what I was doing.
As a Me/Mo I would often get mobbed.
Now my question is, should I choose a secondary class making me less of a target, and increasing my tankability as well? Maybe a necro with leech spells, or a ranger?
