I have looked through the stickies and on that other site everyone refers to... But nothing jumps out and says, yeah that's the build for me! I am looking for a build that not only will allow me to beat the game, but also be an asset to the team im in for a mission or quest, also Ide like to be able to farm as well, Ive seen lots of trap builds, in which I would like to use to farm with, but as pve goes I havent seen on that looks good, all i know is i like degen, so psn arrow seems to be something ide like to base a build on.

First of all, you're not going to find a build that will let you do all those things. Different situations call for different builds. If you could make a single build and do anything and everything throughout the game, there wouldn't be so many builds out there. Not to mention, it wouldn't be very fun. A huge part of Guild Wars is playing different builds and experimenting. If you stick to only one build, then you're not getting much out of the game.
That said, if you like conditions and degen, I recommend Apply Poison, Screaming Shot, and Burning Arrow. Supplement with your favorite defensive skills and probably Distracting Shot because no good ranger should leave home without it.
You can do something similar with Poison Arrow instead of Burning Arrow, but you will probably only be able to apply bleeding and poison to the enemy if you do that. With the skills I listed above, you can very easily lay down bleeding, poison, and burning.

For the 2 Optionals, I'd recommend a defense stance, condition removal, a spirit, or a defense skill for team support.

Condition removal: Antidote SignetMending TouchPurge Conditions

poison arrowbarbed arrows is one of my favorite combos. Throw in needling shot and natural stride then go secondary monk and take mending touchrebirth. Last 2 skills change depending on area, but I typically just take my pet. Attributes set at 11+1 Wilderness, 8+1 expertise, and 11+1+1 marksman I think, or something close to that.

looks good to me magma mind throwing in the attribute spread, and the suggested bow type (with all the add ons it should have) and the armor I should look into getting?

Apply PoisonBurning ArrowSavage ShotDistracting ShotEpidemicThrow Dirt
is a decent general PvE build if you like degen, which seems to be so. Screaming Shot is redundant as -11 degen is enough and BA recharges in 5 seconds, you don't need an extra -3 a different target.
Attributes you'll want 12+2 Expertise, 11+2+1 Marks and 6+1 Wilderness in PvE, 12+2 Expertise, 12+1+1 Marks and 3+1 Wilderness if you ever decide to PvP with it.
Swap Burning Arrow with Broad Head Arrow for more caster shutdown.
If you're good with interrupts, Prepared ShotConcussion Shot would be better.
BarrageSplinter Weapon is good for mob mashing but ONLY mob mashing, DON'T take it anywhere where there aren't 3+ mobs clumped together regularly.

Ive already chosen to be a R/Mo so mesmer skills or any other non-monk skills are not an option atm although im only level 6 so i could restart, my other question is, do I have to be loaded up with interupts or is being a ranger a bad choice if i dont want to be bothered by interupting constantly?

Why make a ranger if you don't want to at least have an interupter job? Ranger is synonymous with "Interupter".

rangers do not have spectacular damage output. if that's all you want, play an ele.
what rangers do excel at are disruption and shutdown. so if your ranger doesn't have interrupts... it's kinda useless.

sorry to kind of steal your thread here but how about a prophs only build?

Well I have rethought things and will be using interupts as everyone says to, my question is, what should I choose for a secondary class? and is there a good build out there that works with condition spreading? such as psn/fire and all that, I want to infect as many targets as possible so I'm in a sense attacking them all, also is the trap build still a good choice for farming with a ranger or is there a better farming build rolling around? My preferance in farming spots are mostly melee only mobs, but I would also like some group farming such a FoW or alike... and again just to reitterate what i need,
Team worthy, Condition spread / interrupt, good farmer (with a suggested spot to explore), and a secondary that will strengthen the build nicely.

Ok, You gave a lot to cover. First of all the trap build is still a great choice for farming, I have used my ranger to do several of the dungeons with it. As for other farming the Barrage/Pet builds are good in Sorrow's Furnace, Tomb of the Primevial Kings(HM) and a few other places. Take R/E for conjure B/P, Ritualist for Splinter Weapon B/P, or maybe R/Mo for Judges Insight (not sure how viable this is, but someone suggested it to me). For interuption Broadhead Arrow[E] is good against casters, throw in Distracting Shot and Savage Shot or Disrupting Shot for good measure. For condition spreading Burning Arrow[E], Apply Poison and Screaming Shot are the best out there not sure on secondary for this, but probably mesmer or necro; could try Incindiary Arrows[E] or Melandru's Arrows[E] as well.
So pretty much what everyone has already mentioned.
