Well as the title says, i'll give you a quick view of the now invincible barrage ranger.

R/N

1.Barrage Elite
2.disrupting shot/savage shot/distacting shot
3.Withering Aura
4.'I am the strongest!'
5.'Dodge this!'
6.Whirling defence/lightning reflexes/whatever stance you like
7.optional/ Trolls'
8.Rez sig

Useage
Cast withering aura at the start of battle just like 'i am the strongest', shoot ur first barrage attack, and use dodge this when its charged, all ur arrows will cause weakness, are unblockeable, deal +40 damage at least.

With the new GWEN skills i think barraging has become incredibly powerful as all the norn shouts stack. Feel free to suggest more skills to this build

Whats invincible got to do with this build?

And your missing 1 very useful skill. Dwarven Stability. Max level it gets double duration of stances, so you can give yourself 20-22 second Lightning Reflexes or 34-38 second Whirling Defences.

Yeah, i just thought 'invincible' would make it sound better :p . As for the other suggestions, i'll check out that dwarven stabiblity skill and yeah i was doubting that withering aura skill. But with high norn ranks you can't deny that this build causes a lot of damage, add ebon battle standard of honor in there and you've got at least 100 damage per arrow.

Barrage won't be nearly as effective in GW:EN but I like the R/P as a barrage method.

Using "go for the eyes!"anthem of envy (and I'll be adding Anthem of Disruption (http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Anthem_of_Disruption) from EoTN as well) is extremely useful for any B/P group IMO.
