Dervish VIM build?

You all know that dervishes have alot of condition giving skills and I heard dervishes can be good for solo farming using VIM ("Victory Is Mine") warrior shout! Can it be done?

Im am a total build anti-talent so if anyone has any suggestions or advices plz tell! Ty!
