A similar build was posted in the monk forum that allowed people to solo things with a mo/w also called the shirtless monk. Since I'm a mesmer and don't have access to frenzy, I made an adaptation for the Me/Mo, and it probably works for the Mo/Me aswell.

Attributes: 12 smiting, 12 protection, 7 (3+3+1) fast casting

Protective Spirit
Spirit Bond
Elemental Resistance
Arcane Echo
Shield of Judgement
Essence Bond
Balthazar's Spirit
Vital Blessing

You can take off your shirt and try not to have any points in inspiration from minor runes on your armor if possible, although it doesn't really matter a whole lot. I didn't buy the +health armor, but feel free too, with a 30/30 health staff and superior vigor you might be able to avoid having to use vital blessing at all. I've successfully farmed trolls with ease with this build, so go try it yourself.

Now I'll just kind of explain what everything does and how to use it.

Before you go in to fight anyting, keep Vital, Balthz spirit, and Essence up. Once you enter a fight, before any damage is dealt to you, put up Prot Spirit, Spirit Bond, and Ele Resist on you at all times as your main priority. Then for damage use arcane echo and SoJ, and before your arcane echo runs out use SoJ to last longer. For longer effects us an enchanting item, 20% is max. Change it up if you want, my way of doing it is probably not the best way, but it does work.

You have 600 life because Spirit Bond doesn't give you life unless you hit 60 damage, and with protective spirit, that prevents you from losing more than what you gain. Elemental Resistance lowers your armor by 25 allowing you to take enough damage in the first place to trigger Spirit bond, and the rest is common sense really.

Underworld Untested Build

Swap out Physical Resistance for Power Return since you don't really need lower armor for tha aatxes to deal damage to you, but you will need the interrupt to take out the dying nightmares. I'll do some testing once I'm on when we have favor.

For UW, mesmer SoJ is really rather slow, I prefer IW for the killing (faster you kill, less they heal with their regen, so slow SoJ is rather poor).

Also, because you're not smiting off yourself you hp doesn't matter. Having 55 hp will still trigger bond if the original hit was over 60. People just run 600hp to allow a high smite damage. So a midrange hp level would be better (drop VB for SV or so).

I have been using this for Trolls and Minos on my mesmer =x

PS - Sbond - Mantra of Resolve - SoJ - A echo - EB - Mending - BS

using my 15 AL shing jea 55 Items.. Basicley a 55 with SB instead of Breeze, as it allow a higher Number of enemys without needing for block or other like a 55 monk does..

But for UW SoJ sucks even on a Monk Imo x.x

I think it was stated somewhere (can't find it now) that you have problems with the graspings unless you take Elemental Resistance as they don't always deal enough damage to trigger SB.

I was curious Avarre which you prefer for your Mesmer run? With ecto's rising, i thought I'm might jump on the bandwagon and catch my mesmer up exp wise with my ranger and warrior.

I still prefer Breeze + Mending, don't feel like stripping in front of Aatxes for practically no benefit.

Those Aatxes will probably get stunned( knockdown ) and blinded by your beauty Avarre!

I've found Holy Strike/Stonesoul Strike really essential to any attempt to solo using Shield of Judgement. The damage just isnt high enough and sustained enough. Especially if they interrupt it once. It might be worth dropping Arcane Echo and just using Retribution.
