hoh help

[Mesmer in Need]

Ever since ive started pvp with my mesmer, i have been trying to get to the hoh. I have never beaten the opposing team in the uw pvp. What happens if you beat it? is there an outpost to go into the hoh? Or do you have to beat heros acent and the uw everytime to get there? Also i have heard of crystiline swords dropping there. It the hoh also a pve area?

Beat Zaishen you go against human teams in around 7-8 maps straight of winning. Once on the HOH map IF you win, a chest opens giving sigils and one gold item.

hoh is a pvp arena. and yes you have to beat the zazhin at the beginning first to be able to even start fighting to hall of heros. as for the underworld arena i have always had to fight through it first before getting sent to the 2nd arna called the burial grounds. there are lvl skips in hoh so you dont neccisarily have to fight through the 7 lvls of hoh. so for example you could go form underworld to halls right off (highlky doubtful this will ever happen)

the amount of fame you gain every time you win against an opposing team increases as you go as well - so you get 1 fame for the first match - 2 fame for the second - 3 fame for the third and so on.

once you win hoh though you willl not be sent to town. once the counter counts down you will once again fight in the hall of heros arena and this will keep on happening until you are beaten then you are sent back to town to start again.

oh and btw about the chest. if you win in hoh then a chest will appear. when you open it it will drop 4 cigils i think whihc are usd to buy a guild hall. also a wepaon willl drop but it is not always gold or max stats. cigils can not be give to a person twice unless you win halls 3 times.
