1)Mantra of Signets         (None)
2)Keystone Signet{E}      (Inspiration Magic)
3)Leech Signet                 (Inspiration Magic)
4)Bane Signet                   (Smiting Prayers)
5)Signet of Devotion        (Divine Favor)
6)Blessed Signet             (Divine Favor)
7)Mending                          (Healing Prayers)
8)Succor                             (None)

Overview
Cast Succor on 1 person and Mending on 3 people, which will give you 0 energy regeneration.  Use Leech Signet and Bane Signet to disrupt your enemies and deal damage, while using Signet of Devotion for healing.  Use Blessed Signet to regain your energy(which you will loose to Succor), which you will need to cast Mantra of Signets.
THEN
Use Mantra of Signets followed by Keystone signet to recharge all of your signets, and use them all again.  Then use Keystone Signet once again in order to recharge your signets, and use them a third time.  You'll have some down-time at this point, where you can continue to use Signet of Devotion as it recharges, then when your other skills recharge, you can repeat the process.

Good Points: This build bypasses most counters, as most shutdown techniques do not work against signets. This is a
great framework build that can have a lot of substitutions (see some "improvements" listed below). This can avoid shutdown due to most interrupts or energy denial, and allow you to maintain several useful enchantments to aid your party.

Bad Points: Low damage output and healing ability.  A LOT of click-work. If you want to sit back and enjoy a battle while sipping a beer and occasionally using skills, this build is right out (10 points for Montey Python reference). You will spend your entire
time activating abilities to keep your signet combos running. If someone is running around with Enchantment Destruction or the person you have the enchantments on dies, it is sometimes a real pain fixing yourself enough mana to redo the enchantment.

Improvements: Instead of Mending/Succor feel free to put in any Monk enchanments which require energy regeneration to maintain to use on yourself or allies. Also, equipment with negative energy regeneration are also easy to use with this character. Some of the other enchantments I have used are Life Bond and Protective Bond. Purge Signet is another great signet to bring along if you are fighting a bunch of things with condtions/hexes you have to deal with.  If needed, adjust the number of maintained enchantments to ensure that you are able to recast Mantra of Signets when needed.
