Other Warriors care about dealing a lot of damage.  This particular Warrior cares only about stopping their opponent from doing whatever it is they want to do.  With, of course, an emphasis on stopping those pesky casters.

Interrupt, knockdown, and deny energy.  Disruption is the name of the game here.  The idea is to prevent the target from casting or attacking.  A hammer and all its knockdown skills is going to be slow and perhaps this build could benefit from a faster weapon but that would eliminate the center-piece : Dwarven Battle Stance.  That skill will let this character interrupt any and all actions by the target with just normal attacks for a brief time.  Disrupting Chop would work well here but it won’t work with Dwarven Battle Stance.  Instead, we’ll go with Distracting Blow and Bull’s Strike in case they decide to run.  An attack speed buff is normally all but required by a hammer build but as most are stances they can't be used with Dwarven Battle Stance it's been left out.  Normally, I’d prefer Heavy Blow to Hammer Bash because it also deals a bit more damage but there’s no reliable way of imparting Weakness so Heavy Blow won’t cause that all-important knock down.  Since Hammer Bash is the only adrenal skill, we don’t care about the adrenal loss.  And, Sprint, of course, is to stay close to the target.  When this character runs low on energy, that’s what Power Drain, Leech Signet, and Inspired Enchantment are for.  Each serves to disrupt the target in its own special way, too, but all will net this character some energy.
