Description
Just outside of the Great Northern Wall, lies the ruins of a once great city. This was Surmia, one of the kingdom's cultural and economic centers.Built in a time of great optimism, the founders laughed at any who criticized the wisdom of placing a city outside the protection of the wall.

Primary Quest
Rescue the soldiers taken prisoner by the Charr. Follow and protect Prince Rurik. A total of 10 prisoners must be rescued and Rurik must live in order to complete the quest. If the Prince dies in battle, the quest must be replayed.

In The Shift, head northwest to reach the entrance. It is directly north of the Frontier Gate.
