Attacks with a ranged wand attack. When injured, will either engage in melee combat using Vampiric touch to deal damage as well as heal, or will use Soul Feast on a nearby corpse. When in melee range, will use Vile Touch to deal damage. If a nearby foe is enchanted, will use Strip Enchantment immediately. When inflicted a condition, uses Plague Touch to transfer the condition to a nearby foe. |
