iQ Test

In conjunction with the guild Idiot Savants, Guild Wars Guru is proud to host this contest of Guild Wars knowledge and acumen. By next week, the lucky winners will receive a Celestial Sigil donated by Idiot Savants.

A Celestial Sigil is one of the most valuable items in the game. Since Sigils can only be initially obtained through the difficult and challenging task of winning a match in the final map in the Tomb of Primeval Kings, the Hall of Heroes, they're a very rare item. If you have a sigil you can then purchase a Guild Hall - a private instance where you and anyone else in your guild can meet and, perhaps, compete on the ranked Guild versus Guild ladder. A sigil is normally an expensive and elusive item for the average Guild Wars player but now, thanks to the Idiot Savants, you can win one of your own.
As you may or may not be aware, Idiot Savants was formed shortly after release by several notable members of the Guild Wars community, including some of the members of this very site. The iQ guild is one with a heavy PvP focus as its members - from alpha veterans to seasoned BWE warriors - have gathered together for the expressed purpose of being one of the top guilds in competitive play. Yet, at the same time iQ is a guild dedicated not to simply devastating opponents but to encouraging and enhancing the competitive nature of Guild Wars by exploring, explaining, and raising awareness of as much of the game's workings and their experiences as they can. Idiot Savants are students of the game in all its facets. They seek to share and improve not just for their own sakes but for those of everyone else as well. And this is well expressed in the generosity of the various iQ members who can be found giving away minor runes and weapons in town and answering questions or helping newer players through missions nearly as often as they can be found holding the Hall. It's hardly surprising, then, that they'd have both the ability and the inclination to give away a Sigil. And it's only thanks to the generosity of the Idiot Savants that this contest is possible.
However, a Sigil is a bit too valuable to simply hand out to the first random person to ask for one. In the spirit of iQ's relentless drive for knowledge, they've proposed that we run this contest as a test of knowledge and the winner will be the person who best displays their GW IQ. On the following page there will be three screenshots. Correctly identify the region or area depicted in the three screenshots for a chance to win a Celestial Sigil.
For example, the answer to this screenshot would be...

...Green Hills County. Specifically, it's the statue of Balthazar in Green Hills County near the portal to Lakeside County.
The more specific your answer the better. All you need to be correct is to say "Green Hills County". But in case there's more than one correct answer we'll give extra credit to those who're more specific in their answers. Or to those who are creative. If you can take a screenshot of your character in that location, or of the mini map where that location is, that's much better than just telling us where it is, too.
Also, each screenshot will have a bonus tiebreaker question. These questions are entirely optional, you don't have to answer them in order to win but in the event that multiple people answer correctly, we'll use those bonus questions as yet more extra credit to break the tie.
