Mamnoon Lagoon.
Located nearly directly between the Quarrel Falls and Druid's Overlook outposts, Mamnoon Lagoon is one of many Exploreable Areas in the jungle wilds west of Kryta. This was probably the easiest screenshot to recognize as it was taken very close to where the hidden log so central to the Mysterious Message quest is located. Given by Envoy Ero in Druid's Overlook it's a nice quest that will give your character some fairly decent skills, such as Healing Seed or Ethereal Burden, although the quest itself is a long and arduous one.
