Snake Dance.
Anyone running through the Lornar's Pass route from Beacon's Perch to Droknar's Forge is probably familiar with the region. The screenshot was taken roughly midway through the Snake Dance area where characters traveling south have managed to survive Lornar's Pass and Dreadnaught's Drift and the worst of Snake Dance and have come into the homestretch before entering the safety of the Camp Rankor outpost. Near the spot and just visible on the right hand side of the image is an Azure Shadow boss that several eagle-eyed contestants used to narrow in on the correct location. There are three Azure Shadow bosses in Snake Dance - There's Fawl Driftstalker, a Monk who'll give out the Signet of Judgment, and Cry Darkday, a Necromancer who'll give up Blood is Power, but unless I'm mistaken, the one seen in the photograph is Slaph Blacktracker who carries Spiteful Spirit and can be found much more north of the other two.
