How to win this great prize? To be eligible to win the Prize, we are doing a Mad Libs contest.  What's that?  Mad Libs are fill-in-the-blank forms where you have to substitute in words to make it your own.  I hope you all have a sense of humor as we are doing 2 versions, one for PvE and one for PvP.  We'll be posting your responses so that the community can see them so keep it clean but civil.  Irony and humor will go a long way!  We will draw the 1 PvE and 1 PvP Mad Libs story that will enlighten and amuse us the most as the winner of the Prizes! You'll need to submit your PvE or PvP Mad Libs in our Guild Wars Guru Healbot Pins Contest Forum, two entries allowed per person, one for each PvE and PvP form. If you win I will be contacting you at your registered GuildWarsGuru.com forum e-mail address and will need your full name and mailing address to ship your prize.

Contest Rules & Regulations

The following are the rules and regulations for the contest.  Please familiarize yourself with them before entering.

Submission

• By entering into the contest you agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth.
• Two entries allowed.  One for each PvE and PvP form. Please submit all entries to the Guild Wars Guru Healbot Pins Contest forum.
• If you are the winner Inde will be contacted you by your registered GuildWarsGuru.com forum email address and will need your full name and mailing address (preferably no PO Boxes). 
• All submissions must be tasteful, non-destructive, and created by the individual. 
• We reserve the right to publish your full name and your forum username at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to deny any submission to the contest.

• Two (2) Prize winners will each receive a full set of twelve (12) Healbot Blues Pins created by Labsenpai. 
• Only one prize will be awarded per individual.
• No cash or substitution or transfer of prize will be permitted.

End of Contest

• All entries must be received by Monday, February 12th, 2007, 11:59PM Guild Wars Time. That's Pacific Standard Time or GMT-8.
• The decisions of the judges are final.

Contest Winners

• The winner will be announced on Saturday, February 15th, 2007. The winning individual will be contacted by Inde, the Administrator of GuildWarsGuru.com, and will need to respond with the address and the full name in order to have their prize sent.  If you receive a request from any individual other than Inde, please do not respond. The e-mail will be sent from webmaster@guildwarsguru.com. We will NOT ask for your Guild Wars in-game name or password.  Please do not ever give out your password to anyone.
• Contest Winners will be published on the GuildWarsGuru.com website and elsewhere at the sole discretion of the administrator.
• We reserve the right to postpone or delay this contest for any reason including overwhelming response or unforeseen occurrences. If there is a delay we will extend the deadline for submissions.

Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may edit and modify any submission before posting. Each Sponsor and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and publicity agencies and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns are not in any way responsible or liable for damages, loss, or injury resulting from participation in this contest or acceptance, loss, or use of any prizes awarded in this contest. You further agree that in any cause of action, Sponsor's liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the contest, and in no event shall Sponsor be liable for attorney's fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. You assume sole liability for injuries, including personal injuries and/or damage to property or prize, caused or claimed to be caused by participating in this contest or the acceptance, loss, shipment, or use of any prize awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to contact entrants, whether due to technical or human error. All of Sponsor's decisions regarding the application and interpretation of the rules are final. This contest is void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law.
