The following are the rules and regulations for the contest.  Please familiarize yourself with them before entering.

Submission

• By entering into the contest you agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth.
• Only one entry allowed per individual. Please send all entries to contest@guildwarsguru.com.
• To be eligible for the Grand Prize bundle your entry must contain the reason you'd like the person to win, your e-mail address and the e-mail address of the person you'd like to win, then your full name AND Guild Wars Guru forum account where you can be contacted. 
• All submissions must be tasteful, non-destructive and created by the individual. 
• We reserve the right to publish your full name and forum username at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to deny any submission to the contest.

• The decisions of the judges are final.

Contest Winners

• The winners will be announced on Monday, October 2nd, 2006. They will be contacted by Inde, the Admin of GuildWarsGuru.com and will need to respond with their address and full name in order to have their prize sent to them.  If you receive a request from any individual other than this please do not respond. The e-mail will be sent from webmaster@guildwarsguru.com. We will NOT ask for your Guild Wars in-game name or password.  Please do not ever give out your password to anyone.
• Contest Winners will be published on the GuildWarsGuru.com website and elsewhere at the sole discretion of the admin.
• We reserve the right to postpone or delay this contest for any reason including overwhelming response or unforeseen occurrences. If there is a delay we will extend the deadline for submissions.

Each Sponsor and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and publicity agencies and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns are not in any way responsible or liable for damages, loss or injury resulting from participation in this contest or acceptance, loss or use of any prizes awarded in this contest. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to contact entrants, whether due to technical or human error.
