GuildWarsGuru.com presents a new contest to the community.  Up for grabs are two Atari Flashback 2.0's!  Classic games for either the kid in us or a chance for the new to see just how far graphics and games have come.  The system has 40 built in games, 7 of which are completely new! Another 7 are unreleased/prototype games, and 4 that are acutally homegrown by fans.

How to win these classic new gaming systems?  We want your submissions in 2 categories: Guild Wars Art and Guides. 

Guild Wars Art can include character drawings, wallpapers, graphics, or anything you can set your creative mind to doing in an original piece. We are judging the art on creativity, style, and theme.

Guides are not limited to just the hardcore player. The entire community can contribute with guides covering a wide range of subjects. Examples could include, "How to maintain and build an active guild", "How to take a great screenshot", detailed character builds, quest and mission guides, a humorous guide on the newbie experience and more!  We are judging the guides on thoroughness, style, and informational value.

Rules and Regulations

The following are the rules and regulations for the contest.  Please familiarize yourself with them before entering.

Submission

• By entering into the contest you agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth.
• Only one entry allowed per category. Please send all entries to contest@guildwarsguru.com.
• To be eligible, your entry must contain an e-mail address, full name AND Guild Wars Guru forum account where you can be contacted.
• We reserve the right to publish and advertise all submissions at our discretion.
• All submissions must be your own original work and not violate any third party agreements. We reserve the right to remove any entry from the contest if it is found to be from another source.
• Guild Wars Art entries will be judged on creativity, theme and style.
• Guides will be judged on thoroughness, informational value, relevance, accuracy and overall writing.

• Grand prize winners of each category will receive a new Atari Flashback 2.0 (retail value $29.99). Only one prize will be awarded per individual.
• The Flashback 2.0 is a plug and play unit so comes ready to use right out of the box. It does not require batteries but a separate power supply (which is included). To read a full review and more information check out classicgaming.com's preview of the product here: ClassicGaming.com.

• All entries must be received by Monday, December 5th, 2005, 11:59PM Guild Wars Time. That's Pacific Standard Time or GMT-8.
• The decisions of the judges are final.

• The winners will be announced on Monday, December 12th, 2005. They will be contacted by Inde, the Admin of GuildWarsGuru.com and will need to respond with their address and full name in order to have their prize sent to them.  If you receive a request from any individual other than this please do not respond. The e-mail will be sent from webmaster@guildwarsguru.com. We will NOT ask for your Guild Wars in-game name or password.  Please do not ever give out your password to anyone.
• Contest Winners will be published on the GuildWarsGuru.com website and elsewhere at the sole discretion of the admin.
• We reserve the right to postpone or delay this contest for any reason including overwhelming response or unforeseen occurrences. If there is a delay we will extend the deadline for submissions.
