Rules and Regulations

The following are the rules and regulations for the contest.  Please familiarize yourself with them before entering.

Submission

• By entering into the contest you agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth.
• Only one entry allowed per individual. Please send all entries to contest@guildwarsguru.com.
• To be eligible for the Grand Prize bundle your entry must contain an e-mail address, full name AND Guild Wars Guru forum account where you can be contacted. It must also contain either an attachment with a link to a screenshot or picture of the creative use of the Guild Wars Guru name or a link to a website containing the Guild Wars Guru name therein that you have placed there.
• Any submitted entry for the Grand Prize bundle with all the above requirements automatically enters your name into the secondary prizes drawing as well. This will increase your odds of winning at least one of the prizes offered.
• If multiple individuals participate in the creative use of the Guild Wars Guru name they will each be eligible for an entry for the Grand Prize bundle and the secondary prizes.  All name submissions will need to be contained in the same e-mail with the above requirements for each individual of an e-mail address, full name AND Guild Wars Guru forum account so that they can be contacted.
• All submissions must be tasteful, non-destructive and created by the individual.
• To be eligible for the secondary prizes of one (1) Logitech® G5 Laser Mouse, your entry must contain an e-mail address, full name AND Guild Wars Guru forum account where you can be contacted. 
• We reserve the right to publish your full name and forum username at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to deny any submission to the contest.

• One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a bundle of One (1) Logitech® G15 Gaming Keyboard (retail value $79.99), One (1) Logitech® G7 Laser Cordless Mouse (retail value $99.99), and One (1) Logitech® Precision PC Gaming Headset (retail value $29.95). Total Grand Prize retail value is $209.93.
• Five (5) secondary prizes will be awarded of One (1) Logitech® G5 Laser Mouse (retail value $69.99). Only one prize will be awarded per individual.
• No cash or substitution or transfer of prize will be permitted.

• All entries must be received by Monday, March 27th, 11:59PM Guild Wars Time. That's Pacific Standard Time or GMT-8.
• The decisions of the judges are final.

• The winners will be announced on Friday, March 31st, 2006. They will be contacted by Inde, the Admin of GuildWarsGuru.com and will need to respond with their address and full name in order to have their prize sent to them.  If you receive a request from any individual other than this please do not respond. The e-mail will be sent from webmaster@guildwarsguru.com. We will NOT ask for your Guild Wars in-game name or password.  Please do not ever give out your password to anyone.
• Contest Winners will be published on the GuildWarsGuru.com website and elsewhere at the sole discretion of the admin.
• We reserve the right to postpone or delay this contest for any reason including overwhelming response or unforeseen occurrences. If there is a delay we will extend the deadline for submissions.

Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may edit and modify any submission before posting. Each Sponsor and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and publicity agencies and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns are not in any way responsible or liable for damages, loss or injury resulting from participation in this contest or acceptance, loss or use of any prizes awarded in this contest. You further agree that in any cause of action, Sponsor's liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the contest, and in no event shall Sponsor be liable for attorney's fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. You assume sole liability for injuries, including personal injuries and/or damage to property or prize, caused or claimed to be caused by participating in this contest or the acceptance, loss, shipment, or use of any prize awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to contact entrants, whether due to technical or human error. All of Sponsor's decisions regarding the application and interpretation of the rules are final. This contest is void where prohibited, restricted or taxed by law.
