We are temporary locking down the Guild Forum Application due to the backlog of guilds that have applied. Be assured that I have received your requests and am reviewing them. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for us to sort through and get your guild forums up and running. Thank you.

GuildWarsGuru.com is excited to offer our community Guild Forums. A lot of us don't have time to design, maintain and keep web sites up-to-date, which is why we'd like to extend this opportunity to guilds looking for a way to keep in contact with their fellow guildmates. A central place to share discussion, what's happening in the guild, strategies, and recruitment areas for those who might be interested in joining.

We are also happy to host any coalitions (mutliple guilds) through a single forum. This would provide ease of communication and allow you to coordinate any unrated GvG matches, practices and sharing of information. Please directly if you would like to set this up.

Criteria and Guidelines:

  • In order to make this an active and useful area, we are asking that those applying for forums must maintain an active level of posting. Weekly postings in your guild forums will be required.
  • To apply your guild must have a minimum size of 8 active players. This is to assure that activity levels can be maintained.
  • You must comply with Guild Wars EULA and ArenaNet's User Agreement in your guild forums.
  • The person applying must be the Guild Leader or an active Officer in the guild.
  • You will be the moderator for your guild forums (i.e. ability to moderate, delete and edit posts within your forum). This does not give you admin access or rights (i.e. banning, skins, etc.), and you must monitor and oversee your guild forum.
  • The GuildWarsGuru.com staff does have the right to step in if they see a situation that they deem to be unacceptable.
  • There will be the ability to password-protect sub-forums, it will be set by an admin of GuildWarsGuru.com with a password that you choose. Be careful who you give this password out to.
  • We will not ban members based on activity that occurs in your guild forum. If there is a situation with a member PM Inde or Aria and we will work together with you for a solution.
  • Guild forums will be archived after 30 days of inactivity.

To help with the process we have provided a link to a sample application with correct formatting and a sample forum so that you can see how they will be set up.
