Summary:
This build is designed for Farming purposes when there is a Keg/Gear Tank involved. Fire Attunement and Elemental Attunement provide 80% of energy back for each fire spell that is cast. When you include the amount of time that it takes to cast each spell, you do not actually use any energy for each spell. This means that you always have energy so long as these two spells are in place.

Elemental Attunement, being a 60 second Recharge and lasting 45 seconds, drops before it can be recast. However, because Fire Attunement remains, you will be able to keep casting until you can recast Elemental Attunement. This is also made a lot easier if you happen to have an item that increases the duration of enchantments.

With this build you can also interrupt pesky healers with shivers if need by. Honestly, I haven't found this to be needed. Your damage output with this build is so much and so constant, that healers simply can't keep up. You can damage duel Wroth Yakslapper with this build, so long as you have a healer to keep you alive and you'll win easily.

As far as Damage is concerned - having played an SS Necro - I don't think there is a better AOE damage build out there. SS Necro can't come even remotely close to the damage output of this build.

Notes & Concerns:
Because Attunement spells only give energy back AFTER the spell is cast, you are affected by interrupts. This is why this is a Keg/Gear Tank farming build. If you don't have a gear tank, then I'd recommend using Mesmer as secondary and replacing Shivers with Mantra of Resolve.
Also, obviously, remove enchantment will hurt. But that's the case with a lot of builds. At least this way, you have two 'energy savers' so if one goes, you're still getting SOME energy back.

And Just a general note: Farming Elementalists should NEVER have Firestorm (or any Damage per Second) spell in their line up. This is HELL for farms. Just don't do it. The above list of spells will not cause Scatter, with one important *note*. You can not use Inc Bonds followed by Fireball or Rodgart's Invocation. Incandiary bonds must be followed by Immolate. Otherwise you will get a 'double AoE' hit, which does LOTS of damage (Great for PVP) but causes scatter.

Credit:*Well, as much as I'd like to take credit for this. I have to assume someone else has already done it. I just tried it out because someone I was farming with was curious as to whether or not Fire Attunement would stack with Elemental Attunement, but didn't have both spells to try it out, so I tried it.
