Eventually, after a couple of Skree encounters, you reach the meeting with General Kahyet. After a brief conversation, she and her two level 12 Grasp of Chaos companions turn hostile. Killing her completes the mission.
The bonus involves temporarily ignoring Captain Besuz and wandering all over the map to find and kill 5 Rinkhal Monitors.
The rewards depend on how many Rinkhal Monitors you kill: 0-2 for Standard, 3-4 for Expert and all 5 for Master's.
