Make sure to give the proper presents to all the people that make your gaming experience joyful and kicks in the jaw to the people who make it less then joyful. Give them to your guild members, hunting buddies, and especially your favorite Guild Wars Guru Article Writer *hint* *hint* *wink* *wink*. But you may be asking yourself "Smokey how do I properly celebrate Christmas on guild wars?" Well little Billy with my amazing guide to a Guild Wars Christmas you'll be celebrating Christmas so much egg nog will be bursting out of your ears.

Finding the perfect gift in Guild Wars is as difficult as finding one in the so called real world. You may think that the gift should have a useful purpose, such as a highly valuable weapon or piece of armor. But due to recent studies it has been shown that good stuff costs too much money. And who wants to lose half of their savings to something that will make someone else's life better. That's why useless animal parts exist. When your out hunting in the sunny desert of Ascalon think twice before you leave that Golem's body to decay on the dusty ground. Take out your trusty hunting dagger and grab yourself its skull. Congratulations you now have the perfect present for that necromancer on your list, they always love decaying body parts. And the carapace off that annoying scorpion like creature? Give it to a warrior and he's got himself a new sled to ride down the Shiverpeak mountains.
Christmas is a time where people gather in their communities and celebrate the spirit of the season. In order to do this properly you will need to do Christmas type activities to stop Bill from accounting getting bored and spikeing his egg nog so he'll end up with his pants on his head in an hour. One activity you can do this holiday season is to have everyone act out the play "A Christmas Carol". To do this you will have to modify the parts to be more guild wars like. Have the mean old Scrooge played by a binge drinking monk, who values the warm love of dwarven ale then the people around him. Have him visited by three ghosts who set him on three different quests so he can "Ascend" to the underworld. And let it end with Scrooge discovering the importance of caring about the people around him and to share his ale with all the little children in the village. After putting on a play you can gather everyone to sing carols and let the monks and rangers break-dance the night away.

The first thing everyone thinks of when hearing Christmas is John Candy. The second is Santa Clause. Santa Clause the fat man in the red suit, who enslaves tiny elven creatures to do his bidding, is one of the most beloved people in the world. Without him we might actually focus on the religious aspects of this holiday, which is what we don't want. Because of his popularity it is tradition for people to dress up like him. So become the popular guy on guild wars by dressing you skinny Ranger as Santa.

There you have it, the guide that will set you up for a great X-mas or a new reason to buy more Dwarven Ale. Have a very Guild Wars like Christmas from your buddy Smokey Jack. And to leave you with some inspirational words to echo in your mind: Smokey needs a new fancy bow for his Ranger *wink*
